Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • To request a return, please contact us with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only offered if the wrong item was sent or if the product is damaged during shipping.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


No Returns On

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Slight variations in handmade items (color, pattern, shape)

  • Change of mind


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our part.

  • Proper packaging is required to avoid further damage during return.
