  • Once placed, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen issues.

4. Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping

  • We deliver within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Delays due to courier services, weather, or public holidays may occur and are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of handmade products, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos as proof.
